We report a case with locally advanced breast breast who presented with an ipsilateral axillary mass following surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Subsequent evaluation with excision biopsy showed duct ectasia tissue axillary breast tissue and the patient was continued on hormone therapy with tamoxifen.
